Picked up a last production run of an LXD55 AR5 Optical tube
on Meade's factory outlet. The lense in this scope is an Achromatic
lens and thus does not have the color correcting quality of the NP101,
or the FS60C, but works fine for narrowband imaging on a budget.
Visually, it give very nice views of deep space objects as well as
moon and planets, and was very economical.
